Customer Service
Our customer service representatives are committed to providing customers with the highest level of service. They are the first contact customers have with the company, and therefore it is important that they deliver exceptional service. Our customer service representatives are responsible for a variety of responsibilities including handling payments and customer deposits, as well as providing assistance and information to our customers.

Service and Operations Technicians
Our Service and Operation Technicians are an essential part of our team here at LCNGA. They are the face of our company out in the field, and as such they are to continuously demonstrate a helpful and friendly attitude towards customers. Our service and operations technicians perform a variety of duties including meter reading, service calls, leak repairs, and locates.

Supervisors and Managers
Here at LCNGA, our mission is to provide clean, efficient, safe, and affordable natural gas to our customers. Our supervisors are the ones who make our mission a reality. They provide support for our customer service clerks, operations technicians, service technicians, and engineers, as they provide front line service to our valued customers.
